Description
English: Additional file 5 Supplementary Video File C . Example video file of automatically tracked untreated Hela cancer cells, recorded with the Phase Contrast (PC) imaging technique. Cell tracks (cell paths) are marked with colored spots. Green flashing spots indicate a cell division; red flashing spots indicate either a track loss or the leaving of a cell out of the field of view (event near the border). In addition, each track is also plotted into the last video frame for a final overview.
