This was photographed by me and I prepared this delicacy. This is usually made by every household in north India when we get fresh red coloured carrots. Cooked in a low flame with milk and when is condensed adding sweetness of jaggery and richness of clarified butter. It is important to serve it hot with some roasted nuts and dry fruits of your choice. You will enjoy this delicacy with your family when all members will sit sorrounding a bon fire in winters.
