  • Site History. This garden won first prize for back yard garden in The City Gardens Club of New York City 1922 photograph exhibition at the New York Camera Club. Other: Though identified in the exhibition as Ruth Dean's house, it was the house of architect Amar Embury II. They were married in 1923. Today: Garden not extant.
  • Slide for lecturing on city and suburban gardens.
