Description
English: Trs120-3GFP puncta dynamically localize to the division site after ring assembly and last until cell separation. The cytokinesis nodes and the ring are labeled with Rlc1-tdTomato (middle panel). The maximum intensity projections of Rlc1 and Trs120 images from 13 slices spaced at 0.5 μm at each time point are shown. The length of the movie is 80 min with 2-min interval. Display rate: 6 fps.
