Description
English: Motility of SNX16-containing membranes. After Venus-SNX16 expression in HeLa cells, the dynamic properties of SNX16-containing endosomes were analyzed by high resolution time-lapse video microscopy (see Fig 6A). Image acquisition was at a frame rate of 6 fps for 30 sec.
