Richard Townsend I entirely forgot to send a statement of our affairs pr Daniel. I now send it pr John Stuart The amt of Jugment is $146 cost 10
dated 1 16 1829 ----- Cr $156.00
By Pair of Horses sold to O. Baldwin for $60 I could do no better with them I took a note against a man who I consider good for it Baldwin said thee offered them to him for $55 --- $60
The Harness I also sold on a time for the amt fixed say fifteen Dollars Rec’d cash pr Mail 25 100.00 ------ 56.00

Please to pay the amt to John Stuart and his recept shall be in full for the same I remain they friend R.P. Hunt
NB I have been very much afflicted with the Fever & Ague about two months and it now hangs on me so I am unable to do any thing. The rest of our friends are all well money is very scarce here”
