Summary[edit]

Description
English: Lytic granules polarise within the NKG2D ring at the NK cell immune synapse. Live cell imaging of the same conjugate shown in Video S2 imaged later, after organisation of NKG2D microclusters into a central synaptic ring. Lysotracker is now polarised to the central synapse within the ring-shaped organisation of NKG2D. Cells were imaged at 1 fps and are shown at 7 fps. Bar = 4 µm.
