DescriptionRedistribution-of-Actin-during-Assembly-and-Reassembly-of-the-Contractile-Ring-in-Grasshopper-pone.0004892.s008.ogv |
English: Entry into the ring of a labeled actin filament speckled with Qdot 655-Phalloidin. Video S8 corresponds to Figure 6A. Cells were colabeled by microinjection with Alexa 488 phalloidin and Qdot 655 phalloidin conjugates. This protocol generated green phalloidin-stained actin filaments that were marked with red photo-stable speckles. The arrow tracks two Qdots on an actin filament or cable as the actin moved toward the cleavage furrow (left side). |
