Summary[edit]

Description
English: Gael Quirante explains why the postal workers' strike matters.

We are in the 92th département, a Paris, France, suburban area, where the biggest corporate headquarters of "La Défense" and the richest cities overshadow poor working class cities and projects. Here, 150 postal workers have been on strike since March 26. The strike started against the discriminatory firing of a union representative, Gaël Quirante, and swelled with demands against job destruction, casualisation, worsening working conditions and workload. The strike has been non-stop and relentless management started issuing 0€ paychecks. Strikers explain why they need your support. The video was shot on May 30th, the strike is still on as of June 13th, HELP THEM WIN ! GIVE TO THE STRIKE FUND : https://www.lepotcommun.fr/pot/kgmfkl66

Checks (mentioning "solidarité grévistes" on the back) to be sent to : Sud Poste 92 5 rue Jean Bonal 92250 La Garenne-Colombes FRANCE
