English: Phase-contrast imaging of migrating PtK1 cells treated with H2O2+UO126. Epithelial PtK1 cells were incubated for 15 min in media only and then treated for 45 min with media containing 500 µM H2O2+10 µM UO126, a MEK inhibitor. The black frame indicates the beginning of the treatment with 500 µM H2O2 and 10 µM UO126. Images were acquired at 20 s intervals on an inverted microscope. |
