Summary[edit]

Description
English: Subcellular 3-D analysis of PCBP2-SRp20 co-localization. Z-stack analysis was performed for some of the images collected for the co-localization studies (data not shown). Z-stacks were rendered into three dimensions using the Volocity Image Analysis Software (PerkinElmer) to generate QuickTime movies of the cells in rotation to further investigate the subcellular location of co-localization in the cytoplasm. GFP-SRp20 is displayed in green, PCBP2 is shown in red, and areas of yellow in the cytoplasm indicate co-localization.
