Description
English: Time series of doublet dynamics in Clone 3A10 ES cells transfected with MS2-EGFP in 3D. Images were captured in 3D by a 1.3 NA, 63× objective. The extended focus image of 61 z-stacks are shown in each frame. Images have been deconvolved with Volocity software. The cell from this video is shown in Figure 7C.
