Summary[edit]

Description
English: After FACsorting, cultured parietal cells were filmed over a period of 70 hrs. (1 frame per 5 minutes). Cells can be seen transitioning between spindel-shaped and polygonal morphologies and undergoing complete cellular divisions. At the end of the aquisition, cells were fixed and stained for beta-gal confirming that all cells were derived from parietal cells (not shown).
