Description
English: This is video footage of President William Jefferson Clinton announcing the new policy on homosexuals in the military. This footage is official public record produced by the White House Television (WHTV) crew, provided by the Clinton Presidential Library.

Prior, this video had audio issues. We have resolved those issues.
