This map was designed by and constructed under the orders of Postmaster General William Dennison and Second Assistant Postmaster General George William McLellan by W. L. Nicholson, Topographer of the Postal Department. Engraving by D. McClelland, Washington DC. Lithography by P. S. Duval and Son and Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. |
