| Description |
English: A work crew installs a pole at the end of a mountain-top road. The pole, lowered by helicopter into a hand-dug hole, will support distribution lines to two homes.
As the island approaches 95% energization, focus is shifting to interior regions with the most challenging terrain, where helicopters are often the most efficient way to complete critical work. |
