Description
English: Mitosis in a Diffuse HDQ119-Expressing HEK293 cell Video of a cell expressing the EYFP-tagged polyglutamine-expanded huntingtin fragment (EGFP-HDQ119) that shows a diffuse distribution (i.e., still without any detectable aggregates). The cell enters mitosis and completes cytokinesis in about 70 min. Images were taken at 10-min intervals, and the frame rate is two images per second.
