Description
English: Movie 1. Single ASLV-A pseudovirus fusion with an early endosome of a TVA950 cell. Fusion of pseudovirus labeled with Gag-mKate2 (red) with TVA950 cells was detected in a CFP-Rab5+ endosomal compartment (blue) with no detectable YFP-Rab7 signal (green). The movie is played at 5 frames/sec (40 x speeds). For details, see Figure 1B.
