Description
English: The Enrichment of PI(3)P on Phagosomal Surface Is Blocked in a dyn-1(n4039) Embryo This embryo expresses Pced-12xFYVE::gfp. “0 min” is the time point that engulfment is just complete (when the dark hole is first detectable). Time-lapse images are shown in 2- or 3-min intervals. Arrows indicate phagosome C2, on which PI(3)P enrichment is not detected throughout the recording period of 95 min. C2 fails to decrease in size throughout the recording period.
