DescriptionPerivascular-Mural-Cells-of-the-Mouse-Choroid-Demonstrate-Morphological-Diversity-That-Is-pone.0053386.s003.ogv |
English: Response of a choroidal arteriole (type 2 vessel) before and at different time points after the application of endothelin-1 (ET-1, 10 nM) in the recording medium. Constriction of the vessel was observed 5 minutes after ET-1 application and sustained for the 15 minutes of ET-1 application. Vascular constriction was long-lasting and only fractionally reversed 60 minutes after washout of ET-1 from the recording chamber. |
