Summary[edit]

Description
English: Early lethality of MOcap-g injected embryos. Timelapse movie of wild-type (left side) and cap-g morphants (right side) between the 50%-epiboly and 6-somite stages. cap-g morphants display a high rate of death as evidenced by rupture of the yolk ball between the tailbud and 4-somite stages. The same phenotype was observed for MOcap-g+p53 co-injected embryos (not shown).
