Summary[edit]

Description
English: Morphological changes induced by NRG over 20 h treatment. LNCaP cells were treated with 100 ng/ml neuregulin. After 2 h of treatment, 25 mM HEPES was added to the growth medium and the cells were observed for additional 20 h in 37°C using time-lapse phase-contrast microscopy (the method is described in Materials and Methods S1).
