Nederlands: Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.
In Zweminirchting De Zijl in Leiden worden de nationale zwemkampioenschappen van de Nederlandsche Zwembond (NZRD) gehouden (13-14 augustus 1943). Bij de 100 mtr. borstcrawl voor heren wint J. van Merkesteijn; de 200 mtr. schoolslag voor dames wordt gewonnen door Nel van Vliet; het schoonspringen door C. de Goede.
English: Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented. The national swimming championships of the Nederlandsche Zwembond (Netherlands Swimming Association) are held in Leiden. J. van Merkesteijn wins in the men's 100m borstcrawl; the women's 200m breast stroke is won by Nel van Vliet; the platform diving is won by C. de Goede. |
