Description
English: Time lapse video show calcium fluxes between two cells connected via a TNT (Fig. 4). The Ca2+ level increase in the lower cell directly after manipulation and after 20 sec in the upper cell (red colour). Both cells recover close to normal level of Ca2+ after 45 sec. Scale bar, 20 µm.
