Description
English: Time lapse video of migrating ARPE-19 cells and the formation of a nanotube. The TNT freely moves in the medium and follows the migrating cells without making contact to the surface of the culture dish. The images were taken every 5 minutes for 3.3 hours using DIC microscopy. Scale bar, 50 µm.
