דגם ירושלים בסוף ימי בית שני, או בשמו הרשמי: ירושלים בימי בית שני, הוא דגם תלת-ממדי של ירושלים בסוף תקופת בית שני, בשנת 66, ארבע שנים לפני חורבן הבית בשנת 70.
הוא נבנה לפי פרשנותו של פרופסור מיכאל אבי-יונה לתיאוריו של יוסף בן מתתיהו. הדגם היה עד שנת 2006 בשטח מלון הולילנד שבשכונת בית וגן בירושלים,
הדגם רחב הממדים, 2,000 מטר רבוע גודלו, מציג את מבני העיר בקנה מידה של 1:50. גולת הכותרת של הדגם היא בית המקדש, שתיאורו בדגם הפך לסמל ומוצג בפרסומים שונים כתמונה ריאלית של בית המקדש השני.
