Deutsch: Imformationstafel am und über das Haus Bäckerstraße 45 in Minden, Kreis Minden-Lübbecke, Nordrhein-Westfalen. Inschrift:
Historische Spaziergänge Wohnhäuser Bäckerstraße 45 Um 1590 wurde die Fassade eines der bedeutendsten Bügerhäuser Mindens, das im Kern älter ist, vollendet. Die aufwendige Werksteinfassade der Weserrenaissance entstand in mehreren Bauphasen. Die unteren Geschosse wurden im 18. Jh. in Formen des Bremer Rokoko verändert. Die beiden in dieser Zeit angefügten Standerker wurden mit dem Ausbau der Bäckerstraße 1952 beseitigt. Bei Restaurierungsarbeiten 1990 erhielt die Fassade eine dem Befund entsprechende farbige Anpassung.
