Description
English: Movie 2: movie through confocal z-stack of animal shown in Figure 5D, a wisping/spiking stage regenerate. The movie begins on the ventral side of the cord and moves in 2-μm increments through to the dorsal side. Rostral is up. Axons are labeled with 3A10 in magenta, and nuclei are in green. Note the meninges appear to have regenerated across the gap first and that some axons appear to have followed these meninges.
