Description
English: PKA and GTPase mutation extend the lifetime of mitochondrial Drp1 punctae. Coexpression with the PKA catalytic subunit or T55D substitution leads to the accumulation of large GFP-Drp1 punctae that turn over more slowly than wild-type Drp1 without PKA.
