Nederlands: Groepsfoto bij gelegenheid van de opening van het nieuwe hoofdkantoor van de Provinciale Limburgsche Electriciteits-Maatschappij (P.L.E.M.), Prins Bisschopsingel 2, Maastricht. Op de foto commissarissen en directie van het bedrijf en gasten, onder anderen zittend eerste drie links: E.H. van Oppen (directeur NV Staalwerken de Maas), prof. dr. ir. H.C.J.H.
