Summary[edit]
| Description |
English: MCF7 cancer cells forming three-dimensional structures prior leading into intravasation in vitro. This structure was caught within tumor-like microcapsules, after 5 days post encapsulation. The image was obtained with a Spinning-Disk Confocal Microscope, using an objective of 25X. Green color corresponds to living cells, and red staining to dead cells. Scale bar corresponds to 25 um. Pictures were performed at the Optical Imaging Centre Erlangen (OICE), Germany (http://www.oice.uni-erlangen.de/) |
