Hi everyone, Today, I am taking you on the other side of the world, a country stuck between the Andes and the Amazon forest: Bolivia. While there, I traveled to Santa Cruz de la Sierra, La Paz, which is one of the highest city in the world, located at 3500m, and the Uyuni salt lakes, which is surrounded by very high volcanoes. Dramatic landscapes, amazing people, dishes full of carbs (mixing potatoes, rice and pastas don't scare anyone there) were on the menu. Bolivia, a place worth the visit, from the silence of the never ending landscapes of the overcrowded hills that overview the capital.
