Object history
Français : Panneau principal d'un retable installé en 1494 dans la chapelle Mascalzoni de l'église de Cestello (aujourd'hui Santa Maria Maddalena dei Pazzi) de Florence, entré au Louvre en 1812. La prédelle, comportant trois médaillons peints (l'Ange et la Vierge de l'Annonciation de part et d'autre d'un Christ au tombeau) est encore en place dans l'église, intégrée au cadre d'un tableau plus tardif.
