Description
English: Video collected at day 8 at higher resolution (512p) for a closer, more detailed view of CD8 T cell behavior just prior to viral clearance. As above, adoptively transferred OT-I-GFP CD8+ T cells (green) are imaged by multiphoton intravital microscopy after infection. The animation shows the majority of relatively large cells actively migrating, with a few stationary cells having a more rounded appearance. Second harmonic signals removed.
