BMMs were infected with transgenic Ds-Red or WT parasites for 24h. Extracellular parasites were taken off and cells were stained with Bodipy for LD tracking. Confocal time-lapse imaging was performed at 37°C and images were taken every 30min for 18h post infection. Scale bar = 12μm. |
