Description
English: Reversible light-controlled ERK2-GFP nuclear translocation. NIH3T3 cells were triply transfected with CIBN-CaaX, CRY2PHR-mCherry-Raf1, and ERK2-GFP. Time-stamped images were acquired using the same microscope and protocol as those in Movie S3. The same field of view is shown in Fig. 3D.
