Summary[edit]

Description
English: National Library Week in the U. S. is April 13 to 19. First celebrated more than half a century ago, this annual observance is intended to draw attention to the many contributions made by America's libraries and the professionals who staff them. This year's theme is: "Join the Circle of Knowledge at Your Library." VOA's George Dwyer recently visited a library that decided long ago to help people join the "Circle of Knowledge" by taking books out of the library and bringing them to people in their community
