English: The philosopher Grosperrin selling his broadside ballad, caricature (woodcut) by Jean-Baptiste Côté : the shoemaker, poet and philosopher Grosperrin, active in Quebec City and Montreal, ca 1864-1867, selling broadside ballads in the streets.
