Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 Diffusion of his-tagged GFP (5 nM) on a Supported Lipid Bilayer (SLB) containing 5 mol. % DOGS-Ni-NTA demonstrates free diffusion of individual molecules on the membrane surface. Images were collected by spinning disc confocal microscopy using 30 ms exposure time. Movie plays at 5 frames per second. Scale bar is 10 μM.
