Description
English: Gliotoxin-induced apoptotic nuclear shrinkage and membrane blebbing (corresponding to Fig 3A). No influx of SYTOX green was observed during image analysis. Cells were also stained with CellMask plasma membrane stain (red), Hoechst 33342 (blue). The images were acquired by time-lapse microscopy for 15 min with 30 sec interval.
