Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Inside Smugglers Tunnel. Well it's called Smugglers Tunnel but my guess is that it had more to do an old lime kiln which can be found at the landward end of the tunnel. This tunnel is the only way to get to Ness Beach by land. The tunnel heads straight for the cliff face but then takes a 90 degree bend into what looks like a more recent tunnel which takes you down some steps before turning again to emerge not far above the beach level as shown in 52734.
