Description
English: Dimer metadynamics video. Video showing the metadynamics of the dimer. Metadynamic bias have been applied to the β-hairpin in chain D (bottom monomeric unit). During the simulation, the β-hairpin opens and closes repeatedly. Trajectory has been smoothed for better visualization.
