Description
English: In-vivo bioluminescence imaging of K + -depolarised Ca 2+ uptake in the ellipsoid-body. Ca 2+ uptake in the ellipsoid-body and cell bodies (a substructure of the central complex) was directly visualised after K + -depolarisation of the fly brain (70 mM KCl). Each frame represents 60 s of light accumulation and is shifted by 10 s (6 frames/s). The movie is seen 60 times faster. The light emission is coded in pseudocolors (0-5 photons/pixel) (QuickTime; 663 Ko). (0.68 MB MOV)
