Description
English: In vivo development of ChP in Gateways transgenic zebrafish (III). Third and last phase of ChP morphogenesis. Final transformation of the tela choroidea into the ChP proper by means of the coalescence of cells in the dorsal midline. Note that ChP occupies a territory with clear A-P limits at the level of the ear and separated from the GFP-negative region of the cerebellum (blue trace). The movie is composed of two consecutive recording periods from the same embryo.
