Description
English: Recording of early C . elegans embryos to evaluate MEL-28 loop2 region. Heterozygous (top) and homozygous (bottom) mel-28 embryos expressing MEL-28 loop2mut ::GFP observed by confocal microscopy. Corresponds to Fig 3A. Playback speed is 60x. Stacks of 7 focal planes were acquired every 15 seconds for 35 minutes; videos represent maximum projection images.
