Description
English: Maturing C . elegans oocytes expressing GFP::MEL-28 (green) and mCherry::HIS-58 (magenta) observed by confocal microscopy. Time is indicated relative to germinal vesicle breakdown. The video is a merge of two separate recordings: Frames -30 min to 2 min correspond to Fig 1A whereas frames 4 min to 44 min correspond to Fig 1B. Playback speed is 360-720x.
