Notes
  • Significance: The Alonso Building is an interesting example of a brick, two-story, corner commercial structure in Brownsville. Built around 1890, it still retains its two-story gallery which creates a covered walkway along its street façades. The original owner was Manuel Alonso who sold fine food items from this location.
