  • Significance: The Trevino House, a modest residence built as a rental property between 1910 and 1915, combines architectural elements typical of the area in a spacial fashion. Two units with interior, rear porches, are combined with a central hall to create a U-shaped plan enclosing a narrow courtyard only four and one-half feet wide.
