Description
English: Transport of VP26-GFP particles with APP-mRFP vesicles during viral egress. The cell expressing APP-mRFP was infected with VP26-GFP HSV1 at 7 hr p.i.. The movie is from a 300-frame sequence, taken at 3-sec intervals, and displayed at 9 frames per second. A still frame and track tracing from this video are shown in Figure 8a and b.
