English: The tapestry depicts the coat of arms of Sigismund Augustus when Grand Duke of Lithuania - Polish Eagle with Sigismund Augustus' initials on the eagle's chest in the heart, Grand Duchy of Lithuania coat of arms in the second field, 3 coats of arms in the lower fields representing Kiev (Angel), Volhynia (Cross), Smolensk (Bear) and Sforza's emblem (serpent devouring a child). The shield is topped with the crown of Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
